CAFM system is an integral part not only of the function of the service delivery but also as a part of monitoring compliance. PROSITE shall use our CAFM system to its full capabilities. A monthly schedule will be requested at least two weeks before PPM work is performed.

CAFM system will provide the link between the administration and operations at the site, and complements the work with the following:

The system has the capability of being equipped with a mobile application providing enhanced agility, flexibility, and control. All work orders are transferred to the appropriate person with the right level of priority. Our Performance Management System measures the individual performance of each provider, as well as the collective performance.

The production of relevant, accurate, and meaningful information on service delivery and management performance is critical to our ability to demonstrate effective performance. The performance reporting shall be automated through an integrated and documented approach within the Client’s CAFM system.

Asset Management

We utilize the CAFM system to keep track of all assets through our Asset Management System. All assets are identified by allocating a unique identification number (QR Code) and are linked to the maintenance and other activities related to them. It is imperative to emphasize that the retrieval of the history of the equipment i.e., the warranty, maintenance, replacement of parts, life for management study, and future analysis can be done in a short time, effectively and professionally. For each asset, we can know very easily, the time spent on the maintenance, the cost of the spares, and the breakdown frequency. This is a real decision-making tool for the lifecycle management of your assets.

The CAFM system helps to summarize and study repeated service requests at regular intervals so that a permanent solution can be found. It is also useful in allocating service requests to different technicians based on their availability, which can be checked using the software.

The CAFM system assists us in planning and program preventive maintenance. This not only helps to have better control over the utilization of the labor but also helps to keep track of the maintenance of all equipment.

All reactive maintenance requests will be logged into the CAFM system. These will be categorized in accordance with priority levels and the appropriate response will be provided. The calls will be closed off on the CAFM at completion and the details will be added to the asset history.
